Cancellation Policy

At Golden Hands by Kay, we recognize the occasional need to adjust schedules. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to better accommodate your needs. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointed time will result in the application of cancellation fees, as outlined in our policy below:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
  • Appointments made within the 24-hour period, if canceled less than 4 hours before the reserved appointment time, will be subject to a fee of 50%.
  • No-shows without an active card on file will be automatically restricted from online booking.
